Chris Groff is the Director of Parenting by Design and is a co-leader of the Parenting by Design seminars that are regularly held around the United States.

Michelle Groff is a co-founder of Parenting by Design and leads Parenting by Design seminars with her husband, Chris. She also a contributor to the Parenting by Design curriculum, is a frequent speaker on parenting issues in churches and schools, and does a significant amount of lay counseling and coaching for parents.

Lee Long is a full-time Christian counselor and a regular Parenting by Design seminar speaker. He is also the co-author and editor of Parenting by Design's parenting curriculum.
