Laine is a mom of two strong-willed children with 30 years of experience helping families.
As a Certified Parent Educator with a Masters in Teaching from Brown University, her training includes behavior management, child development, neuroscience, psychology, conscious communication, and positive discipline.
With a background as a game designer, elite athlete, at-risk youth counselor, actress and sports coach, Laine learned multidisciplinary skills she weaves into her parenting and helping others. Today, she practices yoga and meditation, and loves being with nature.

Trauma and Resiliency Educator
Gina de la Chesnaye is a Trauma and Resiliency Educator trained through many programs, including Harvard University. She teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork, boxing, and other mindfulness-based practices to trauma survivors around the world.

Perinatal Mental Health Clinician
Jillian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma therapist, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health clinician. She is passionate about helping clients overcome the barriers that prevent them from feeling fulfilled and connected in their lives. She earned her MSW from Smith College in Northampton, MA.

Libby Higham; RD, LD, CEDRD

Certified Eating Disorder Specialist
Libby is a wife, mom of 2, food fanatic, Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. Libby has taught food literacy, food science courses, knife skills, and cooking classes. Libby found her calling in the field of eating disorders, with children and adults.

Lauren Mason; CYT
Certified Yoga Therapist
Lauren is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the IAYT who specializes in trauma-sensitive yoga and yoga for reproductive health. She has been teaching yoga since 2012, with training and experience in many different yoga styles and techniques. As a mother and teacher, Lauren values balance, peace, nourishment, and self love.
