Laine Lipsky; MAT, CPE
Lead Parent Educator & Founder

Laine is a mom of two strong-willed children with 30 years of experience helping families.

 

As a Certified Parent Educator with a Masters in Teaching from Brown University, her training includes behavior management, child development, neuroscience, psychology, conscious communication, and positive discipline. 

 

With a background as a game designer, elite athlete, at-risk youth counselor, actress and sports coach, Laine learned multidisciplinary skills she weaves into her parenting and helping others. Today, she practices yoga and meditation, and loves being with nature.

Leading our One-on-One and All-Inclusive private guidance sessions, Laine teaches us how to:

  • Build a toolkit of customized skills to thrive at home

  • Identify and address hidden sources of conflicts

  • Build healthy, lasting relationships with our children

Clinical Psychologist and Nutritionist

Kiki is a Clinical Psychologist and Nutritionist, with degrees from Columbia University and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, respectively. She helps people make choices that positively impact their physical, mental and emotional health, so they can live a supremely fulfilling life.

Gina De la Chesnaye; CYT, MFA
Trauma and Resiliency Educator

Gina de la Chesnaye is a Trauma and Resiliency Educator trained through many programs, including Harvard University. She teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork, boxing, and other mindfulness-based practices to trauma survivors around the world. 

 

At Parenting by Design, Gina teaches us how to:

  • Establish and keep a sense of calm

  • Understand and dismantle your triggers

  • Eliminate inner-overwhelm

Jillian Early; LCSW, MSW
Social Worker, Trauma Therapist &

Perinatal Mental Health Clinician

Jillian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma therapist, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health clinician. She is passionate about helping clients overcome the barriers that prevent them from feeling fulfilled and connected in their lives. She earned her MSW from Smith College in Northampton, MA.

Libby Higham; RD, LD, CEDRD
Registered Dietitian &

Certified Eating Disorder Specialist

Libby is a wife, mom of 2, food fanatic, Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. Libby has taught food literacy, food science courses, knife skills, and cooking classes. Libby found her calling in the field of eating disorders, with children and adults.

  • Create healthy eaters for life

  • Avoid common parenting mistakes around food

  • Develop positive body images in our children

Lauren Mason; CYT
Certified Yoga Therapist

Lauren is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the IAYT who specializes in trauma-sensitive yoga and yoga for reproductive health. She has been teaching yoga since 2012, with training and experience in many different yoga styles and techniques. As a mother and teacher, Lauren values balance, peace, nourishment, and self love.

Dr. Gaston Rougeaux-Burnes; PsyD., MAMFT

Licensed Psychologist,

Marriage & Family Therapist

Dr. "R-B" is a Licensed Psychologist who works with children, couples, and families. With a background in neuroscience, he specializes in play therapy, problem solving strategies and active listening techniques to build healthier family relationships.

  • Lovingly set boundaries with our children
